High Adaptability Interface Design

The mobile robot platform, designated as Youibot P200, features external integration interfaces located on the top panel. These interfaces provide I/O, Ethernet, WLAN, power supply, and signal lines for integration into the superstructure. Each interface allows the upper integrated functional, structural components to connect to P200’s IPC, PLC, battery, and BMS module. This ensures that the upper integrated structure can still be managed, controlled, and supplied with signals and energy by P200 after integration. This capability allows intralogistics robot P200 to meet various requirements in different areas.

Monolithic Structure Design

The P200 upper panel and component mounting positions are designed as an integrated structure isolated from the power wheel and housing design. While ensuring that the core drive capability of the P200 will not be affected during maintenance or integration, it can meet the stable installation of the upper integrated structural components and the feasibility of connecting to each control key component during integration. This monolithic design adds an additional layer of security to the robot solution.

Multi-system Cooperative Control
